Shipping times and costs

The delivery time is indicated on each product sheet and is understood to be from receipt of payment.

In special cases, a notification will be sent that will take precedence over any other information as it takes into account all the specific circumstances of the case (e.g., multiple products, distance, inconvenient locations, international delivery, etc.). Selleria Pigna is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

In the event of unforeseen events that cause delays or inconveniences for the Customer, such as, for example, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, Selleria Pigna will send the Customer an email containing, in some cases, a free coupon to spend on www.selleriapigna.com .

 

For those who purchase items in our online shop with a total value greater than Euro 39.00, shipping costs will be free .

Deliveries and shipments take place only on weekdays.

For shipments outside the European Union we use the DAP – Delivered At Place formula.

This means that:
we take care of shipping to destination
Any customs duties, local VAT and import costs are the responsibility of the customer

These costs are requested directly by the courier or customs upon delivery.
